Much loved wife of the late Mick, devoted mother to Caroline and the late Sarah, a dear aunt, great and cousin, Hazel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A service to celebrate Hazel's life will be held at St Hugh's Church, Old Brumby on Thursday 27th March at 11am followed by interment at Brumby Cemetery.
